Tirupati Balaji Temple

The Tirupati Balaji Padmavati temple is located at Kunkuliem Village in Ponda, Goa enveloped with greenery from all sides. The temple has been blessed by Jagadguru Sankaracharya the Holiness of the Kanchikamakoti Peetam. The Balaji Temple in Ponda is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara, Lord Ganesha and Goddess Padmavati, the temple is managed by the Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Charitable Trust. The idols of Lord Balaji and Padmavati at the temple were donated by the Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanam. The Temple is blessed by Jagadguru Shree Sanucharya Swamigal of Shree Kanchi in Kamakoti Peetam and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is located in the temple Circuit of Ponda Taluka, 1 km away from Kundaim on NH 4A at Kunkuliem village insalubrious environment and a visit is spiritually refreshing. Devotees visit this temple to offer their prayers to the Lord Balaji. The temple also serves as a cultural hub and bhajans, keertan, deepa puja, pravachan, kanya puja, and other dharmic programmes are held. The facilities are also provided to the visiting pilgrims for performing various samskars. The temple is located in south goa amidst greenery. It is clean and well maintained. No fee for darshan or entry. No artificial lights near Balaji idol, everything is lighted with lapms.
